What should I do if there is an incorrect item or an item missing from my order? Please contact our friendly Customer Care Team. We will be happy to send you the correct item or the one that is missing. In the case of incorrect item sent, please return it to us and we will refund you the postage costs. The item that I ordered is faulty. What should I do? Please contact our Customer Care Team. We will exchange the garment for you if we still have it in stock or we will provide you a full refund for the faulty item. You don’t need to return the faulty item to us…you could give it to a charity! The item that want is sold out. Will it come back? We produce our collections in small quantities in an effort to stop the culture of overproduction. So, when it’s gone – it’s gone… you can always contact us by email and enquire… you never know – we will do our best help you. I am having problems accessing or buying from your website. How can I check where my order is? You can check the status of your order through the tracking number you have received from us when we dispatched your order. When can I expect the delivery of my order? That depends on whether you ordered an individual Blouson (4 weeks), or a ready-made piece (3-7 working days). Please take a look at our Shipping Page for a full list of the delivery details. Is it possible to change my delivery address? You can contact our Customer Care Team and change the details of your delivery address. Please do it in the shortest time possible after you’ve placed your order to ensure it can be changed before the order has been dispatched. Do you ship internationally? How can I return an item to lookslike avido? You can return all goods to receive a refund, exchange or credit - if you do so within 14 days from the date of delivery. Size guide: Unisex Blousons

Which size is right for you? That depends on whether you like it skinny, or loose. But here is a bit of guidance: It's unisex blousons. If you are used to buying male clothes, pick a size bigger when in doubt. In case you buy ladies sizes, take the same size you would go for in other shops.​ In case, you don't find your perfect fit here: Just order any size and reach out via support@lookslikeavido.com, give us you chest/bust circumfence and the length from shoulder to where you want your blouson to reach, and we are good to go (be aware: if we customize your blousons measurements, we cannot take them back (check our returns policy)!

How long will it take? 4 weeks: From our workshop in Kibera to your doorstep is a long way and good stuff takes time. We try our best to deliver as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 4 weeks. Check our terms & conditions here. Can I return a Blouson? You can return your blouson to receive a refund, exchange or credit - if you do so within 14 days from the date of delivery and the piece is in an unworn condition and in case you didn't order your blouson with different measurements than our standard ones. When you order a blouson with us, we put a free and matching face mask into the inner pocket of your creation! Will my blouson look exactly like in the configurator? Every piece is unique: Every piece you order will look slightly different, and here is why:

  • the parts of the print fabrics we use for your creation always show a different section of the full cloth.
  • the ratio between jacket and pattern varies, depending on the size you choose.
Will the fabrics in the create & order configurator still be available tomorrow? Maybe not. We frequently have new fabrics on offer. A fabric you find today, might be gone tomorrow. Just like on Nairobi's markets! We want you to enjoy the variety. And if you fell in love with a particular one, make sure you get it, before others do.
